Neurodiversity Celebration Week begins

Neurodiversity Celebration Week promotes understanding, acceptance and inclusion of neurological differences such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia and dyspraxia. The observance encourages schools, workplaces and communities to recognise diverse strengths, challenge stereotypes and create more inclusive environments. Activities often focus on accessible education, inclusive workplaces and amplifying neurodivergent voices.

Event Suggestions:
• Hosting discussions that explore neurodiversity, inclusion and the strengths of different ways of thinking
• Sharing lived experiences and perspectives to foster understanding, empathy and acceptance
• Learning practical strategies for creating more accessible and inclusive schools, workplaces and communities
