Children’s Day (Hong Kong and Taiwan)

Children’s Day in Hong Kong and Taiwan is a day to celebrate children, joy and family life while recognising the importance of children’s rights, learning and wellbeing. It is often marked with gifts, games, treats and activities that allow children to feel valued and supported by their families and communities.

Event Suggestions:
• Host a child-led activity where students share games, stories or talents
• Discuss children’s rights, education and wellbeing in age-appropriate ways
• Create cards or artwork celebrating childhood, care and imagination
