21 January
World Religion Day was initiated by the Baháʼí community in 1950 to encourage understanding of the role religion can play in unity, peace, and shared human values. The day invites people to learn about different faith traditions with respect and curiosity. It also supports interfaith dialogue, reflection, and appreciation of the spiritual and ethical principles found across diverse communities.
Event Suggestions:
• Host an interfaith dialogue or respectful discussion about shared values
• Create a display introducing different faith traditions, symbols, and practices
• Invite participants to reflect on peace, unity, service, and community understanding
