International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia

The International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia marks the 1990 declassification of homosexuality as a mental disorder and raises awareness of discrimination and violence faced by LGBTQI+ people. The day promotes equality, dignity, safety and the right for all people to live openly and authentically.
