Midsummer / Summer Solstice (Pagan – Northern Hemisphere)

Midsummer and the summer solstice mark the longest day of the year in the Northern Hemisphere. For many Pagan and nature-based traditions, the season symbolises sunlight, abundance, fertility and connection with the natural world. Celebrations may include bonfires, feasting, dancing, seasonal foods and rituals honouring the sun and the turning of the year.

Event Suggestions:
• Explore solstice traditions, seasonal symbols and nature-based rituals
• Create sun-themed art, flower crowns or seasonal displays
• Discuss how cultures mark light, harvest and seasonal change
