International Non-Binary People’s Day recognises and celebrates people whose gender identity does not fit exclusively within the categories of male or female. The day raises awareness of non-binary experiences, visibility, inclusion and respect. It also encourages communities and organisations to use affirming language and create safer spaces for gender diversity.
